The Facilities Services Request System will transition to an upgraded version of Maximo software for facilities work order processing, on Monday, December 17. The Maximo system will be unavailable beginning at 8 pm Friday, 12/14 through 5 am Monday, 12/17, in order to cutover to the upgraded version and during this time the online Facilities web form will be unavailable for use. Emergency facility requests should be called in to TUPD at (617) 627-3030, during this time. All non-emergency, facility requests can be submitted on Monday, 12/17, after 5am by visiting https://fsrequest.tufts.edu/WebMaint/ .
Please note that facility event requests for events happening on Thursday, 12/20 must be submitted before 5 pm on Friday 12/14 in order to meet the 3-day event notice requirement.
