The Mailroom is now open for mail and package pickup. Please follow these steps for pick-up:
Once you receive an email from Tufts Mailroom that you have a package or mail ready for pick up, please come to the mailroom during regular business hours
Students will enter the mailroom with student ID ready and place ID in the slot immediately to the right then follow signs to the pick-up window
Call Mail Services 617-627-3495 if you have a question regarding packages and delivery
Mail Services is located at 389 Boston Ave. (rear of Hill Hall) Hours of operation: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday- Friday
**Please do not have food of any kind delivered via Mail Services
Food delivery services attempting to deliver will be redirected. Food delivery containers/packages left at Mail Services will be disposed of/recycled.
Addressing a package to your hall or small house, please address it as follows: Full Name; Room Number and Residence Hall; Tufts University; c/o 389 Boston Ave.; Medford, MA 02155.
Please avoid sending packages heavier than 70 lbs. Also, please avoid sending perishables during the beginning of the year rush.
